I wake up every morning thinking it's a new start
But my insecurities take over
Im trapped in this body
And Im ashamed
As I stare into these eyes
I wish I were blind
So I could no longer see the indecencies this body has
Im beautiful from within
But I want to scratch my eyes out every time I look in the mirror
My tear stained cheeks and shaking body are hard to control
I need a mask to cover this horrid face
So I can feel I somewhat fit in
And Im no longer the walking freak show
I just wish I was beautiful
And just once I want to love
