To touch is to feel with body and soul
kisses are soft whispers, caresses,
feathers blowing softly against your skin
Minds touching is to feel with your soul
To feel with your whole being
is to reach in and touch.
Fill up the emptiness and darkness
is to give and share
Sharing is a gift which gives us light
to find our way forward.
Loneliness is of our own fears
fear creates isolation
Reach with a hand and touch with your heart
is to give of your being and to experience full love
with all of oneself
is to see rainbows
to climb mountains
touch stars and to wake up to contentness.
Don't judge, but accept that goodness is in all
Look for the light that shines gold
love is in all
Don't look outside, but inside
and touch the heart where love begins,
feels,
and know the joy of being you.
