The trips to the zoo
and walks in the park,
the endless viewings of movies
and visits to the mall,
the gentle touching of hands
and sweet collision of lips-
these are my memorable times
from the past ten months.
So many days where we embraced,
I pulled you close,
and smelled your aftershave,
so many days where we kissed,
gently and slowly,
quickly and passionately.
The time has moved
both quick and slow-
the days where your face,
I did not see,
were dull and colorless,
boring and bleak.
The days where we met,
were full of love and joy,
we would talk for hours,
and want even more,
the cuddling and chatting
was so hard to end.
These days we've shared
mean so much,
the love we have
is strong and true-
I hope to spend
many more days, months,
even years-
only with you.
