Wounded Hate

Wounded Hate
Dark and cold,
this room fills with horror.
Each scream echoes
in every solid corner.
There are no windows or doors,
I am trapped.
With this heavy burden on my shoulders,
I collapse.
The air and my time is fudged
as I gasp for every breath.
Every minute tells me
Im going to meet death.
As I pound on the floor
I can feel your evil eyes.
They creep down my skin
and my spine.
You watch me slowly die
as I fill with rage.
I quickly stand up
and beat on this cage.
You are surprised I still have power
as I gasp for more air,
as the walls fall,
you start to tear.
I fall out side of my cage,
I wish I could stand tall,
but you have killed me
with the almighty hate.
I am free although,
I will go this way
as you will live,
and I fight to stay.
You laugh because you have won
but I know,
sooner or later,
you wont be the only one.
