My intentions are good, they come straight from the heart
Can you please tell me what yours are and where they start
My heart is real, and that's all I've got to give
Can you please understand that with me your past will not be re-lived
My words are true, no lies will you hear
Can you please do the same so I have nothing to fear
My feelings run deep, no games for you to play
Can you please let me know if those feelings are the same
My patients are running thin, with all your mixed emotions
Can you please get them straight so there is no comotion
My friendship will remain, if my heart is not what you need
Can you please just show me so I can be freed
My words are not hard, they're easy to understand
Can you please just tell me coz i want to be your man...
