feelings inside

Contributed by Drewsephire on Tuesday, 1st July 2003 @ 01:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

These are my feelings and I can't hide them,
it gets to the point where they control my every limb.
That same old feeling is all part of the game,
the problem is when you lose there's no one to blame.

When I think of her I just get lost,
but when I see her, love has no cost.
The hard thing about love is you don't know where you are,
it can bruise and leave an inner scar.

The sight of her eyes is embedded into my heart,
but sometimes love has to part.
It's hard to say good-bye to my one true love,
her eyes will leave me with one quick shove.

I can't let go of these feelings i hold inside,
because if I do other feelings will collide.
The thought of her sends me into a quick free-fall,
I do not know who next i can call.

If I have to say one thing keep this in mind,
without love you become blind.
But with love you have to know it's true,
you have to know this before you say "I love you."

These are my feelings and I can't hide them,
sometimes they're clear but most times they're dim.
They say that love is blind but without love so are we,
we need that other person in order to see.
