I once looked him in the eye
And said I love you too...
I watched his face perk up
Just to say ...not that way
He tried to move on
I can see it in his life
But when I last say him
He tried to hard to stay away
I hurt him to save myself
I had to do it, believe me
I couldn't bear to see him
As something more than he was
He says we're not related
And by blood we're not
But in my heart he's family
I can't pretend he's not
But I can't say I don't
Feel anything for him
Not anything at all
For that would be a lie
I ask myself why not him
I already know my feelings
But if I don't say them
Then they can't be true

Just because you cant say your feelings, definitly doesnt make them false, hun i'm always here for you and i just want to see you happy, your a great friend and a fantastic writer, just go with your heart.
