Fragments of silver, strewn broken on the floor
She sees hurt, pain, fear
Reflections, in their millions
Eyes, pleading, in their trillions
Silver glass, a fading tear
Everything she'd ever dreamt of
Lost, disappearing down the cracks
Reflections, in their millions
Eyes, weeping, in their trillions
Her heart, her mind, gone white-grey-black
Falling, stumbling over her existence
Sadness, pouring from her soul
Reflections, in their millions
Eyes, empty, in their trillions
Cold inside, as the shattered mirror before her
