I cannot find you anywhere
I've walked the earth and found it bare
My sun of hope now just a flare
I walk the earth with my last care
I need to see that you are here
To save me from my sea of tears
I cannot fight my darkest fears
Without you here, without you near
My mind has gone to earthen sky
My wings now clipped, I cannot fly
Inside my heart I see your eyes
But I am one that love defies
A world across from where you are
I cannot be apart so far
I find myself trapped in a war
Of where to go to where you are
These dreary nights are passing me
Yet the sands of time will never be
(For I do not deserve of she)
Despite I stand on both my knees
This ancient curse is in my hand
It plagues my heart, it plagues this land
I can't escape from desert sands
This is where my soul must make a stand
The time has come for me to go
But before I leave, I'll let you know
I spent my life so deep in woe
Just waiting for you just to show...
