Junkie

Topic: LostLove

She's ready to give him everything
Yes means yes, okay?
Looks into his eyes so empty
And its kind of hard for her to accept
He doesn't love her the same way
Because she tells him all these things she's kept to herself
Dark secrets no one else knows
But as she cries to him
All he can think about is getting her out of those clothes
They'd look so good on the floor
She doesn't know if she can do this anymore
Holds back tears as he kisses her neck
She wipes back a tear and tells him to go ahead
As he pushes her skirt down to her ankles
She wishes they could just talk instead
But she loves him so, so she keeps it to herself
When he asks her what's the matter my dear?
She responds "Nothing's wrong while you're here."
He finishes his business and walks out the door
Without a goodbye, and she begins to cry
You're like a drug, and I know you're no good to me
All you do is eat me away and leaves scars for all to see
Cause after your gone, Im left with nothing to do
But all of it is worth it, when I'm high on you
So she sits there, used and abused
Waiting for her next fix
She's a junkie and she doesn't care
To give up this drug she would never dare
So call her an attic and it won't affect her at all
Cause she's waiting by the phone for her dealer's call
All she wants is his love
All she wants is a goodbye
But tonight she's lonely and cold
And desperate for his high
