Tears Fall

Contributed by krystal on Friday, 18th July 2003 @ 04:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Tears fall.
but the world keeps on turning.
A new day comes
a new love comes
and hearts break,
hearts break...
Pain envelops you
confusion and sorrow surround you
and tears fall,
tears fall...
Losing someone
you care for
long for
gave your life for,
wounds your heart
wounds your soul
shatters your hopes,
dreams,
and wishes
And then,
tears fall,
tears fall...
Cleansing and releasing
washing away the pain,
Taking you to a place beyond
a place of secret dreams,
a dream of togetherness again.
Close your eyes,
dream
Open your heart,
love.
And then,
hearts will break again
And tears will fall,
tears will fall...

You showed the circle of life well, but one day the circle is broken and the only tears that fall are of joy.. and that is why we go through the cycle again and again.........

Shari

Yes Shari that is ever so true...My circle still continues but it is now only tears of joy as you have said ... I was quite young when I wrote this (17), and when you face break ups then you feel like you will never love again... Naivety that we soon grow out of, and we will love again and again and again...
