i have to tell you somthing....

Contributed by jackhammer on Wednesday, 23rd July 2003 @ 04:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

The lie i am carries you
through my sky.
But you are blind.

Ahead i see your sadness
But here and now,
i cherish you.

No warning will i give you
I know you'll leave.

And the cloud starts to form
in a crucifiction shape.
Just like the disgrace that
i hang from.

And as i take you ahead
into the storm
you open your eyes.

My head bleeds as you fall
from my arms
and the rain falls onto
my skin.

I pray that the nails
be burnt from my arms,
so maybe one day
i can hold you again.
