As I lay me down to sleep,
I pray my love you do keep.
To love and need me as I do you,
My love so deep, so strong and true.
I miss you, baby so very much,
Your kisses and tender touch.
The whispers in my ear so light,
The way you make me feel so right.
You are my love, my every need,
Only you can fulfill my dreams.
You have awaken feelings I've never known,
For my heart and soul, you now own.
If you only knew how much I need you so,
The fear I do have of you letting me go.
As I pray to be with you each night,
I wish I may, I wish I might.
Everynight I lay here on my bed,
With thoughts of loving you in my head.
And as I start to drift off to sleep,
I pray my love you do keep.
Good-night Sweetheart, I love you so,
As thoughts of you to sleep I go.
