My Sacred First...

Contributed by LovingWhispers on Wednesday, 23rd July 2003 @ 05:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

My missing is cool to the senses, yet my thoughts remain warmed by you
Adrift on the rays of your sunshine,I can always find smiles anew
Left to the comfort of your soothing,my soul is safe and held near
You're the essence of all that is beautiful, the reason my heart defies fear

Entrusting my life to your guidance, knowing harm will never befall
And of my heart and her dreamscape, you will protect and nuture her call
My eyes touch on the horizon, pinks and mauves carpet the afternoon sky
A softness envelopes my missing,as I feel you on the hush of my sigh

With each morn' light I'm awoken,to the presence of love's tender smile
Within me you roam as though of my being,so I pause to watch you a while
Behind soft sleepy eyes I envision your skin, warm and as one with mine
I know not the missing in this fulfilled moment,a dawning orgasm divine

Nightfall beholds such wonder,as underneath a trillion star sky
I gaze from the edge of a miracle and watch as our dreams circle by
One by one they are shown to me,each with a similar scene
Yet all are the same exactly,in that they were created of you and me

I love you, trust you, want you and need you, nothing more clearer could be
Relax in the waters of my honesty, and feel my love that flows so free
You are all that I crave and drink of,none other could quench my thirst
Never before have I known love, and none is more sacred than your first
