I just lose myself in every word
Hearing you breathe brings you closer to me
Your laugh like no other
When you call life seems
So much better
Did you know just hearing
You did so much
You'll think I'm nuts
But I feel ten times better
After you call did you know
Your voice was the one
Singing me to sleep

How sweet and to the point. Fewer words sometimes placed in just the right places...can make or break a poem.
