My lord please help me find
The one that is for me
I know shes here somewhere
But its so dark I cannot see.
Will I drift through life forever
Not knowing who she is
Or is she just around the corner
Stood waiting for my kiss?
I beg you give me an answer
No more questions shall I ask
For you who is so mighty
This should be a simple task.
Ill keep looking in the darkness
I can't give up the hope
That one day well find each other
Then maybe well elope.
I thought that I had found her
I thought she loved me so
But she went and found another
So I had to let her go.
I have so many thoughts
Running around inside my head
I need someone to share them
And yes also share my bed.
I feel I already know her
In my mind she is so clear
The woman of my dreams
I so wish that she were here?
Just tell her where I am
Light the way so she can see
Im alone here in this dream
Shell awake and love with me.

Hi Penny, I do worry most of the time that my ability to love someone properly, may fade with time! Probably not possible, I don't know?

Dean, This is a beautiful and heartfelt poem. I think that you will find her when you least expect it. I believe that there is a soulmate out there for every one. But sometimes it just takes us a while to find them. Never give up hope.
