it's a stray.
left alone.
unconcious and bleeding.
bloody eyes,
a gaping mouth; carnage heart.
felt the grasp; tight and longing for...
this fire.
the woods.
the tree where the crow sits.
a lovely stream and the metaphorical sound of rain.
it falls and washes away.
