I`ve cleared my eyes
But still I see red
This pain in my mind
Must mean I`m dead
I told it to wither
But it just won`t listen
So I might pull the trigger
And eat this bullet I`ve been kissin`
My mind must have one of its own
`Cuz it doesn`t do anything for me
My stupidity is all that it`s shown
And that`s all that you dare to see

Surviving this fight
And losing this war
I should take my life tonight
It`s not worth it anymore
I cross my fingers, and hope for the worst
As I play this game of roulette
Will I live or will my head burst?
Is pain all that I`m ever gonna get?
I flip the switch, and hear a bang
No bullet in the chamber; too bad
So I just sit, listening to everything
Thinking about the fun I never had

Surviving this fight
And losing this war
I should take my life tonight
It`s not worth it anymore
So what was it that drove me to hate myself?
What made me want to end my life so much?
Everything was always hidden on a shelf
Nobody ever saw me or the gentleness of my touch
Sometimes I just want to stick my mind with a knife
But I never give into the things I hear in my head
The medicine has cured most of the bad things in my life
And I no longer wish I was dead
