He's not like any boy,
i've loved before.
It seems like everyday,
I love him even more.
I can't help but smile,
when i'm around him.
I know he will never,
let my hopes dim.
He fills my heart,
with so much joy.
Maybe this is one boy,
who understands that,
my heart is not a toy.
His words are so sweet.
Just talking to him,
is such a treat.
This boy that i'm writing about,
is you without a doubt.
I often have this feeling that,
you must be too good to be true.
I can't help but feel this way,
when I think about you.
Weeks have past and there is no longer an "us."
Now as I sit here awake at night.
I'm finally able to realize,
that my feeling about you was right.
Because now I know,
that you were too good to be true.
And that's why I sit here,
alone at night without you.
