My Doppelganger

I met me coming in, one day, as I was going out,
If we'd bumped I'm sure you'd see the problem we're about,
I looked real close so I made sure, the other guy was me,
It's not too hard to understand, a doppelganger he.
He is cute 'cause I am cute, as everybody knows,
He is hot 'cause I am hot and that's the way it blows.
There's not a thing that I can do that he can't do as well,
It's no surprize for pod peas we, is all I have to tell.
The other day, I can't explain, it's strange as it can be,
I held my hand in mirror front, my hand out-stretched to see,
Five fingers were as plain as day, the clony took a look,
He stretched his hand just like I did, two fingers he forsook.
My doppelganger is a card, I do not want to tangle,
If he drops a part of me, I do not want to wrangle.
"I wish old doppel goes away", I say quite angrily,
He'll drop a part of me, you see, I'll need for me to be.

Well Norm I've never heard of a doppelganger before I heard of you!
But if you tell me he is you and you are he....
Then a doppelganger I'm sure you're sure to be.
I'd hate to run into myself, as you have my friend!
Must have been quite a shock to see the other end!
So next time the doppelganger appears
Turn around real fast.....and show him your rears.
I'm sure he will enjoy that more, just as you will too!
Thank God there's only one Norm....and only one doppelganger...like you!
