If only I understood, youd still loving me
Id still be holding your hands
Express my love so free
If only I waited, youd still be mine
Id still be kissing your lips
Everythings always fine
If only I followed my heart, youd still be in my arms
Id still be holding you close
Keeping you safe from harm
If only I gave more, youd still be here
Id still be your comfort
Keeping away the tears
But now youre gone. I wish Ive done more
To keep you in my arms
Love me like you did before
Now youre gone, I know cant turn back time
But baby if only I could
Then youd still be mine
Now that youre gone the only thing that remains
Are the memories of happy times
And the bitterness of pain
Now I know its too late for worries and sorry
Cant do anything else
Except think of if only
