Sweet girl
Please dont cry
Were going through hard times
Yet I know well get by
Soon Ill see you up in the sky
Soon youll grow wings and be able to fly
Believe me when I tell you this
One day you will find bliss
I can feel it in my soul, in my heart
I knew you were beautiful right from the start
Dont let go, keep up that fight
And youll reach the end of the tunnel, youll reach that light
Open your curtains, look out at life
One day you wont need that knife
I love you honey, know Im always here
Now wipe away your every tear
Come and hold my hand
Dig your toes deep into the sand
Look out at the sea and the sky and the sun
And scream out loud: weve won
