I had a dream last night
I thought I saw someone
but it couldn't be you
then you turned around and smiled
and i saw that look in your eyes
the look you had when we first met
the one that made me fall in love
you said you were sorry
you never meant to say
"I don't love you anymore"
I turned away
so you wouldn't see my tears
you grabbed my hand
i felt your fear
the same fear that's been my worst enemy
for all these past three years
Does he ever get the girl?
Then you kissed me
And I awoke
To cold sheets and empty space
back to missing your love
back to missing your face
my reality nightmare
i think i'll lie here a little longer...
it's so hard to find the reasons
i guess this can only make me stronger
it's just hurts so bad
when i turn over
and you're not there
