Grief

A child screaming A mother's stare An ice-cold father A gathered family The military present Loved ones everywhere Friends crying Blank faces; drawn lips The taste of salt . . .
A banquet held Mistakes confessed Consoling words Forgiving promises One woman broken down One family forgotten He's no longer here He's no longer strong This is his funeral

GOD BLESS,
I FEEL YOUR PAIN. I'VE BEEN THERE AND IS STILL THERE. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE. EVERYONE GOES THROUGH THAT. BUT WE SHOULD GO ON WITH OUT LIVE. THAT'S WHAT THE PERSON WOULD WANT YOU TO DO. YOU JUST GOT TO GET USE TO IT. WE ALL HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT. BUT GOD IS A CARING GOD AND HE WILL HELP EASE THE PAIN. |
