My childhood days have gone and past leaving behind haunting memories for me of when i was a child and was never allowed to be free.
If i could wish on a shooting star I'd wish for my childhood back I'd wish for a childhood where everyday i wouldn't get smacked.
I want to be a normal kid and run and play all day but instead I have to listen to dad and do everything he might say.
And if I don't listen I'll get smacked and dad will surely win. If i could wish on a shooting star i'd wish for my childhood again.

I look on my past like that too, and too often I miss the point of my expirience.
"How do you learn that a fire is hot
how do you learn to walk
how do you learn how to write your name
remember all you've been taught" |
