Topic: StoryPoetry

on this day there was a murder
the motive was unknown the cause was drugs
due back @10 time went fast and the hours past, his parents freaked
He hit his first home run no longer than a week ago.
To celebrate they went out to party, the beer ran freely, and the dope was plenty
to much to drink, his judgement lost.
1 somke laced with coke.
this was in his hand when the paramedics arrived.
His pulse was gone his breath has stopped.
1 min. to midnight his parents got a call saying their sun had died.
Their pillows soaked for that night they cryed.
If they would have kept him home hed be alive
The parents a month later comit suicide.
Their daughter came back from colledege.to find stains of blood and tears never seen 4 years ago.
She baught a paper toally confused.
In big bold print it sai dcouple lost from double suicide.
The names listed below were her parents.
Read on and found out of her brothers death. and slit her wrists.
1 by 1 the comunity fell.
drugs can do this think b4 you light, we could lose the world.

Tragedy after tragedy....but this could be true...what dope does to others can boomerang and come back for the whole family.
A well written poem sum1. Good thinking, and although it was sad....it needed to be said.
