I wake and I'm a stone
With people all around
They touch my flesh
My skin won't crawl
I know I can't be found
They don't know I'm alive
That I can feel their gaze
And I've been here 1000 years
Their history I've traced
And there a woman sits
And looks upon my body
If she would only stare at me
Perhaps I could be sorry
Tomorrow she will turn to dust
That dust will settle here
But I am made of stone
And we cannot be dear
I'm lave moving slowly
And know where I will end
To me no life is holy
And I will not pretend
But love so true is rare
I feel her when she's near
Her look does penetrate my soul
My heart I wish I could control
And we cannot be dear

Dear Jaavys,
Stones have no heart....for they are stone too!
Are you afraid of being hurt? Or have you just dropped out? The way the treat others is the way you treat yourself, please Jaavys be kind to you.....and to the others too!
