My head against the tracks
I look up at a heavenless sky
We haven't spoken in weeks
And yet still, you make me cry
I loved you more than anything
My own naivety to blame
I hoped you loved me too
But knew you didn't feel the same
And I can't remember how it felt
To have with you a trust
I can only think about the pain you caused
Using my love for your own lust
I thought I had known love
But I was clueless to its pain
Tears, they've been shed, blood, it's been bled
The burning, so insane
And the pain you left me with
To this day my wounds are sore
Once you raped me of any emotion
I forgot what living was for
But I can't regret a thing
Whatever was done is done
But lying on these track I can't help but think
That you may have been "the one"
I hear a train coming fast
I don't move an inch tonight
I scream to God "Let it run me over"
Then all will be right
I bind my hands together
And lay out on the t rack
The train's lights nearing my head
Please just take me back
I know you'll never speak to me again
It doesn't matter how much I cry
I would kill for your glance
For your pity, I wil die
So hell, here I come
Steal me from this breath
The pain has all gone numb
As I taste the lips of death
The lights how they shine bright
Almost as gleaming as your eyes
A young girl gone before her time
For true love she dies
And then the light is gone
And all is once again black
I wake up lying paralyzed
On an abandoned railroad track
I realize to myself
Nothing's ever as bad as it seems
For you may hate me now and forever
But you'll still love me in my dreams
