Not taking anymore
Deciding to give up
Causing pain to the closest person
Making them scream and yell,
Making them glare and grimace
Making them beg for it to stop
They overdid it,
Just a bit
A large, humongous bit
Thinking that nothing would happen
Getting a big surprise
Appearing first Wednesday
And then on Thursday
It never stops,
Just keeps going
And going and going and going
Knowing no end
For its hard to help
It makes you keep going
Not to pause
Or stop and sit
The lesson may be learned,
But has it?
You never know
Until it happens
Again
