You hold me
in your eyes
and we danced together
fog
surrounding
our little piece of the world
lifting us
into the sky
above
so we may use the stars
as a floor.
And your gentile touch
as a butterfly takes flight
from your fingertips
into the grey sky
the night
embracing us
holding us
in a blanket
so warm
as we discover magic
together.
