How do I describe the way I feel
you are right beside me but so far away
this is probably my fault
but what can I say
Am I hiding it well?
Do you know that I know
Do you know that I can tell
I don't where your heart is
I can't feel it anymore
I miss you when you are right beside me
When you are holding me in your arms
This is not the way love is supposed to feel
Have I lost my charms
Or am I just not what you need
Do I not make you happy anymore
Have I ruined a good thing with my insecurity
Have I pushed myself out the door
For now I just keep these feelings inside
waiting for you to bring your heart back
but the waiting is lonely and hard on my pride
I know your world is filled with worry
And I don't want to be another one
So now I am trying to do what in the first place I should have done
I am moving out of the way giving you room to run
I know youneed your time to relax and do things on your own
I need my time to be with other people and have my own fun without you
And no matter what you might think
I have my own life too
Iam stronger than you think
Not quite the little girl you think you know so well
I am a woman and a strong one
I know I don't always show it
The way that I should do
I feel safe when we are together
I didn't think I needed too
I guess we all make mistakes in life and in love
In fact I know we do
I guess I just didn't see the mistakes that I was making when I was loving you
So I guess we'll live and learn through the good and the bad weather
I just hope that we can live and learn through these things together
I know that I am lacking in the number of my years
And I know what I have done to make you act this way
now that I can see
I just hope that you will remember
when you are out having your fun
that you carry two hearts with you and one of them belongs to me
