Pour It On

Contributed by merry on Sunday, 14th September 2003 @ 08:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Hot and cold water perfectly blended
Fill the tub to the rim
Sloshing gently
When I step in
Steam rises like mist
Whispering over my skin
The smell of green tea
Fragrant and inviting
Sinking into the depths
Let go of everything today has been
Sigh of contentment escapes me
Let the heat seep into my bones
Pouring water over my head
Running like hot silk
Dissolving me into itself
Eyes the color of water
Open halfway to watch
Water streaming
O'er my breasts
