Not for long,
Because now I'm drinking the bad stuff,
smoking the illegal rubish again
It don't matter if i'm a damn criminal,
Because I'd do just 'bout anything to get rid of my blues

I'm sorry to hear of your struggle,
I don't know you well at all,
But this I do know because I've had lots of struggles in my life.
When you take away one substance replace if with another. without strife!
I never thought I could stop smoke cigs...
so everytime I wanted one, I'd get up and run around the block!
My neighbors thought I'd lost it.....and they were right....I lost the cigs.....took up running instead, and didn't give up on the fight!
Excercise really is good for the blues!
Ride your bike or skate ,whatever you choose!
It will chase away the hues of the blues!
Thanking you for sharing with us.....hang in there all is not lost!
