Sleep softly if you can,
snug and warm inside your bed,
for I have sent the Bogeyman
to play inside your head
I have sent you nightmare dreams,
agift from me to you.
And he will dine upon your screams
And theres nothing you can do.
You'll never escape his clutches now.
Your struggles are in vain.
The Bogeyman will teach you how
itfeels to live in pain.
