Can you see what you are?
You need to look and see yourself.
Go to the mirror and look close.

Look deep now beyond your skin.
Can you see it yet, what draws me in?
Look into your eyes, they are the key.

Open the door, now do you see?
Everything is there in your heart and soul.
Can you see it yet, your brilliant glow?

I hope you see it and hope you know.
This will be my gift to you.
I hope you see what I know is true.

Fabulous theme- it's so true. it takes the person we love most to see who we truly are. They can show us. That's why we need them so much. I love this poem, I think what you say is very real. And it's said in such a mysterious kind of way. It doesn't just flat out say what you want it to say. It unravells as you read it.

Lovely write.
Love Joy and Peace,
Jellybellyprincess
