The bands made of silver, The stones, eons old. The two forged together, As your and my souls. This is no trinket, I plea for you to wear. This is my emblem, To show the world I care. This joining carries value, One of worldly sense. But the value pales greatly, To our oneness, hence. Knowing this, to you I plead, As you accept this ring. Look past the glitter, Past the worldly things. Understand its making. Its joining from above. Understand the eons taken, And compare them to my love.
