When He Looks At Me And Smiles
Sometimes I wonder whom he pictures
When he looks at me and smiles
Could it be the classy girl raised on money and tasteful style?
How about the brunette down on the sandy shore
Could she really be what hes been looking for?
Sometimes I wonder whom he pictures
When he looks at me and smiles
Perhaps a distant over sea love
Someone hed met through traveled miles
Could it be the tall slender redhead with glimmering blue eyes?
Is it possible she could offer a more suitable prize?
Sometimes I wonder whom he pictures
When he looks at me and smiles
Perhaps hes picturing us buried beneath satin covers piles
Or a long walk in the rain, strolling, fingers entwined
But whatever he pictures, I hope theyre as good as mine.
