During my life all I see
Is hurt being thrown at me
Theres only so much I can take
Before my lonely heart will break
If I have to live my life this way
Then I just wanna go away
I wish I could say goodbye
I just wanna sleep and die
Cause I know tomorrow things wont be good
And that I never understood
Sometimes I feel i've always known
I was ment to spend my life alone
But then I saw a special face
Someone I knew I couldn't replace
And for a while Happiness came
I knew I would never be the same
But then my dreams were crushed 1 night
When the things I heard turned out right
That he was not in love with me
The way I thought things would be
Instead alone there I stand
Watching him hand in hand
I over reacted and caused him hate
Now I pushed him to wards his mate
And in his heart no time for me
No time for him to stop and see
How he only tore my life apart
Leaving shreds of my breaking heart
Buts its ok Cause I will live
Still living my life to give
And one day my broken heart will heal
When someone shows me a love thats real
I know in time pain will go
And there are people with love to show
But I wonder sometimes why I'm here
Just to suffer hate and fear
Please god protect me from all thats bad
Please protect me from all thats sad
Always walk and never leave my side
Please pick me up when I've tried
Give me the strength to carry on
Even after all I love has slowly gone
Give me love that I need
Show me how to succeed.
