A silver streak crossed your face
As we sat in the moonlight
We've been sitting here since dusk
We'll be sitting here till dawn
Talking for hours
On the dock by the lake
I don't want to go home
For here I am me
Never anyone else
And you can be you
Just the way you are
Here it is peacefull
With the water lapping at my feet
You could just sit there
For hours on end
Yesterday we had fun
We caught some frogs
And fell in the water
Went swimming with our clothes on
Just because
We are so good together
I'll miss you greatly
Come back next year
For i'm already waiting
Always remember me
I'll never forget you
I'll never forget that kiss we had
Or that one perfect day
You leave tomarrow
And so do I
But don't think about that
Let's just sit here tonight
