I dont understand; is it something Ive said?
It seems like youre gone, as if you were dead
As Im mourning you now, nothing can stop this pain
Knowing its unlikely Ill see you again
Did I not mean anything to you?
Was our friendship, our love, just not true?
Im being selfish, I fear
Its just that youre so very dear
And everything seems so unclear
Please dont forget it all, please dont
Its very clear in my heart that I wont
After everything thats happened
After everything weve shared
Dont prove me a fool
Dont say you never cared
You touched me somewhere deep in my soul
Please know, without you, Ill never be whole
I need to tell you, I need you to know
I love you so much, and Ill never let go.
