Fairytale existence
Everything my heart desires,
And then suddenly Im back in the real world,
God, Im just so tired.
My heart and my soul
I guess they just need rest
If I want them to survive
This newest test.
I dont understand
How I get in these messes
Or why Im the only one
Getting taught lifes lessons.
It doesnt seem fair to me,
Ya know?
That Im all alone in a world
So dark, and so cold.
That I even had someone that I could
Hold
And then it was gone
My heart no longer bold.
Eternity,
How long is that?
Because thats how long it seems
Until you come back.
You wanted to make
All of my fairytales come true.
It would have been easier if you wouldn't have come at all
And shown me that the prince Ive been waiting on is you.

This is so sad....I know exactly what this feels like to have someone and then not have them...in fact I just had to say good bye to someone who I love very much and I wish in a way that they wouldn't have ever entered my life at all....hope things look up for you soon...

Every one of your poems is hitting home for me. The only difference with this one is my princess left and I had actually told her it would have been easier if she never came at all. Then I wouldn't know what I didn't have. Hopefully it gets better.
