The Road Home

Contributed by Avarice_Riot on Wednesday, 15th October 2003 @ 12:39:51 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Lines of the earth, guide me
I've lost my way and I don't
Know where home is.
The arrows seem to point everywhere
And I in the fear of sinking deeper
Will brood in this perpetual nightmare
In this beautiful melancholy
In this corrupting temptation
In this immure glasshouse
Wishing to die and be reborn
Strike the chord and let the notes
Come alive within me
Let me break these barriers and rediscover
The road home.

Il ike this very much, it touched me. I know that feeling of being lost and confused, like you do not belong. I'm sure you will find your way eventually.......

Something most of us can definitely relate to. I really really feel these words. Hope I can break the barriers and find my way too :(
