I don't know why
But I'm going to cry.
I'm getting so confused
Tell me, what am I to do?
I'm way out on a limb
I wish I could just talk to you.
I have some guidance in my life
And every way but two
Well,they mean nothing to me
There's the Lord and also you.
I have so many dreams inside
That I wish would come true.
I must work hard to feel complete
But I can do it too.
Maybe I won't have a fortune
Of course, that's nothing new
But I will feel I did my best
To make my dreams come true.
But even with my dreams coming true
I still just don't know why
Whenever I should think of you
It makes me want to cry.
