I watch my life fall to pieces,
Day after day,
But still I stay.
Why don't I leave?
Why don't I go?
This load is too heavy to hold.
There's no place to run,
No place to hide.
I look up at the sun,
I'm sorry I lied.
I lied to myself,
I lied to my friends.
This is where my life ends.
Now you must go,
You must turn away,
You have reason to stay.
You don't know me,
So why should you care?
All you do is watch and stare.
Because I am different, I'm not like you,
Thats why you hate,
And discriminate.
So leave me alone,
Go away.
Let me die, let me rot.
Its too hot,
Here in hell,
but how could you tell?
you're not here yet,
but you will be
because you hate me.

Be proud of who you are and what you believe in.Individuality is great and when others see us as different,and then judge,it is merely because they are ignorant and have narrow minds.Yes you are right about the haters :)

| It can be hard standing out sometimes but it's better than never being noticed. Great poem, very real it sends a clear message and an important one. |
