I am but a grain of sand on a great white beach Oh so many things to learn so many things out of my reach
My small grain surrounded by others and all of them are my sisters and brothers Together we stretch for miles and miles each one of use flashing our own smile
Sometimes a grain is washed away in the oncoming tide and sometimes the winds can come in and send us for a ride
Each grain puts a light into this world and on them the Sun shall shine
For in this place of many grains... one of them is mine
Each little speck of sand is part of this very earth and each grain is important for every ounce its worth
