Silence falls across the land
Together we stand hand in hand
Solid as a rock, hard as a wall
We will not yield we cannot fall
Throw at us just what you can
Nothing can break the spirit of man
You may take lives, but not control
Hope exists in this broken soul
That's the difference between you and me
Your eyes are open but you cannot see
Unaware of what you have done
The battle has only just begun
A sea of blood carries condemnation
Tears turn into sheer frustration
We question you and ask you why
Did you have to let them die
Nothing can change now what's done is done
The battle has only just begun
