You are a friend so true
When I need a shoulder to cry on
You are quick to lend me two
You always know how to make me laugh
You never criticize my style
When I need someone to talk to
All I have to do is pick up a phone and dial
We may have never met face to face
But our friendship will never end
Our bond is strong and secure
With a hand to always lend
I can only hope you feel the same
So glad it was you I found
That ever faithful day
You turned my frown upside down
