The most stupid things people argue about,
That makes the best of lovers have some doubt,
And though they regret what they had to say,
Just aint got the words to stop them walkin away.
You know you really wanted to say I love you,
But instead you said words that made em blue,
What you gonna do to make em turn around?
Out of your mouth has gotta be some sound.
Every little step that you have let em take,
Means the more shouting you gotta make,
Say the words loud so they can be heard,
Cos youre in danger of losing that sweet bird.
Sorry is not the answer but its a damn good start,
Say you didnt mean to go hurting a heart,
Promise that it will never ever happen again,
Life from now on will be without pain.
And if youre lucky and you get em to come back,
Make sure the love from now on they never lack,
This time if they ask anything about being wed,
Dont say that this affair is only about bed!
