comfortable numbness

I.
And her only comofort is the sleep she gets
when she loses consciousness
it deadens her pain into a comfortable numbness

II.
I want to know if I can keep you
your porceilin skin with its
black and blue bruises
I want to know if I can bleed you

III.
I'll kill for your heart
don't laugh you dont want me to start
take a stab at my lungs if you want
this is love

IV.
cherish the silence in between screams
this is love or so it seems

V.
I'll make the sky fall to the earth
just tell me I can keep you
I'll make the sky fall to the earth
if you knew that I was yours
