i know your not here tonight
and its impossible for you to be here tomorro
like it was yesterdayi lay here thinking
will i ever feel your gentle touch again
will i know what it is to kiss you
but i do know when i close my eyes it wont be long till you close yours to and we will be together
before i do i will open my my window
and breath in this air the same air i know your breathing
the air that keeps us both alive
as we breath it together
i look at the stars that shine apon me these very same stars shine apon and protect you
i climb into bed
i close my eyes and i fall asleep knowing
that the sky and the stars are both of are blanket and your laying here with me
